My career has been centered on designing and deploying large-scale AI and machine learning systems that solve complex, data-intensive problems. With a Ph.D. focused on computational sciences and ML algorithms from the University of Houston in 2019, I have led teams in developing advanced analytics and AI engines for some of the most demanding data environments in the tech and energy sectors. My experience lies in taking systems from concept to production, architecting solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure that scale to over 100 million users. I have a deep, hands-on background in MLOps, ensuring that our AI models are not just innovative but also robust, reliable, and continuously improving. The emergence of agent-based AI and vector databases presented a clear opportunity to build something transformative in the real estate industry. I founded Propsight with my long-time collaborator, Dr. Hamid Lashgari, to fuse cutting-edge AI architecture with intelligent business strategy, creating a platform that makes smarter, more transparent decisions possible for everyone.

My expertise is in the architecture and application of complex computational systems to model real-world physics and data flows. After earning a Ph.D. in Computational Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin in 2014, my work focused on building high-performance simulation engines and data structures for enterprise-level challenges. I have a proven track record of tackling large-scale data modeling problems, ensuring that the foundational engineering is rigorous, scalable, and efficient. My passion lies in applying first-principle thinking to technology, creating systems that are both powerful and reliable. I joined Mehdi to co-found Propsight because I saw the immense potential in embedding this deep engineering and data architecture expertise into an AI-native platform. By combining our skills, we can empower users with an AI that is not only intelligent in its reasoning but is also built on a world-class, scalable, and secure technology foundation, capable of solving critical real estate challenges with unprecedented accuracy and speed.
